Our policy lasts 15 days (from receipt of the goods). If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
