If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.<\/p>\n<p>In case of exchange, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.<\/p>\n<p>Given the value of the products transported, we recommend using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to a delivery insurance. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.<\/p>\n<p>If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.<\/p>\n<p>If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. There may be a delay before your refund is formally posted.
